Example:To introduce Japanese food “WASHOKU” and traditional hand crafts etc.to overseas market

 

Outline of project

  1. To unveil real Japanese food which is veiled in regional area in Japan and to activate economy of regional area and promote tourists to come to that area by introducing it to overseas market.
  2. To urge cooperation between “Producer who knows overseas market” and the various bodies such as creator, entrepreneur, NPO, NGO, local municipality, and the local unique resources such as food, traditional hand crafts and culture.
  3. To provide opportunities and places where each body can contact and cooperate each other.

 

Concrete approach

  1. To cooperate with branding operation of Aomori products being promoted by Green Forest Kobo Co. Ltd.
  2. To introduce Fresh food and long preserved food produced with unique cooking machine invented by Japanese food producing company i.e. Aji Kikko Co. Ltd located in Hyogo Pref.,Japan. This cooking machine can cook and sterilize by continuous heating.
  3. “Dashi” means base of soup and sauce in cooking. Dashi Sommelier Association has been trying to spread importance of natural material based on “Dashi”. We will prevail eating culture of each place of Japan and each country of the world and propose wealthy eating habits and environments by cooperating with Dashi Sommelier Association.
  4. To unveil real Japanese food and traditional hand crafts veiled in local area by cooperating with CATV operators located in regional area of Japan and introduce them to overseas market.
